This new development, designed by Train & Partners Architects, is a mixed-use project, sited at a prime location along two major roads, Ridge Street and Cherry Avenue leading into the City of Charlottesville. Currently in schematic design, the project is unique in that it is a mixture of 38,000-sq.ft. office space and 40 housing units. Its site-sensitive, appropriately scaled, design incorporates green initiatives such as green roofs, solar photovoltaics, storm water management structured parking and open space. Tree retention is a priority.
