Smiddy Hall
Train & Partners is currently renovating Smiddy Hall at The University of Virginia’s College at Wise campus in Wise, VA. Smiddy Hall is located in a prominent location at the new entry to the College. The renovation project will correct serious infrastructure, code, life safety, and energy efficiency problems and dramatically improve the ability of the College to continue to handle growth. Renovations will be made to the building exterior so that it better conforms to the College’s current design guidelines and its appearance is compatible with other nearby buildings.
The project also includes the design and construction of an IT wing linked to the existing building.
